After the success of Yakuza installed at the Monumental Palace, Maison Albar Hotels chooses Olivier Da Costa once again to take over the kitchens of the Vendome and signs the first French restaurant of this internationally renowned chef and entrepreneur. Olivier embodies renewal by revolutionizing places and trends in order to offer his clients a unique experience.
